The Pardis Nasr 1,300-Hectare Development Project is designed to leverage the strategic potential of Shahin Shahr’s western periphery, establishing a premier regional hub for commerce, logistics, and recreation. Situated within the Bagh-e Enghelab area, the site occupies a pivotal location for regional spatial organization and future urban expansion, offering exceptional connectivity via the Azadegan Highway and the Shahin Shahr-Khomeyni Shahr Beltway.
The project’s development model focuses on Balanced Urban Development. This approach successfully harmonizes the environmental preservation of the city’s green belt with the integration of highly productive, compatible land uses. By applying a flexible planning framework to legal guidelines, the project effectively addresses the region’s growing economic and service demands.
The complex is organized around two primary functional zones:
Logistics & Commercial Hub: Capitalizing on its proximity to major transit corridors, a significant portion of the site is dedicated to modern transport terminals, mechanized warehousing, and specialized sales and service centers for light and heavy vehicles. This zone is projected to drive regional economic growth, attract large-scale investments, and secure sustainable employment opportunities.
Recreation & Eco-tourism Zone: Located in the northern sector and centered around the prominent natural landmark of Mount Khan, this area features extensive green spaces and two artificial lakes. This zone serves as a vital interface between the natural landscape and the urban environment, significantly enhancing local air quality and transforming the site into a major regional tourist destination.
Ultimately, the project establishes a highly interconnected network that balances economic dynamism with environmental sustainability. More than just a land development initiative, this project serves as a key economic engine, significantly elevating Shahin Shahr’s role within the regional supply chain and commercial network of Central Iran.
