Designed on a 147-hectare site in Shahin Shahr, this project includes a total built-up area of 340,000 square meters. As part of the National Housing Action Plan, it aims to provide affordable housing for various segments of society.
The project consists of 18 blocks, each comprising seven residential floors, along with service, amenity and support spaces in ground and basement floors. On ground floor of each block, there is a lobby, a meeting hall, a management office, one or more playroom, as well as several parking spaces and storage rooms. The basement level houses the boiler room, along with additional parking spaces and storage rooms.
This residential complex is designed in blocks with various architectural plans and unit counts, with an enphesis on efficiency, simplicity and affordability. It aims to reduce the final cost and increace housing availability. The diversity in plans, while observing spatial optimization principles, enables families to select units according to their individual needs.
An open space is designed between every two blocks, functioning as a courtyard. While providing natural light and ventilation, it creates a semi-private area for residents. Situated alongside the lobbies and inspired by traditional persian courtyard architecture, this space establishes a connection between residence, nature and social intarction. With it soothing and inviting atmosphere, it enhances the quality of urban life.
