The Agricultural Products Export Terminal, covering an area of 129.4 hectares, is designed as a strategic project aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products, creating employment, and contributing to the economic growth of Isfahan province. It’s prime location -providing easy access to key roads like the Khomeinishahr–Shahinshahr and Jihadabad road, along with proximity to agricultural production cities such as Khomeinishahr, Najafabad and Tiran and a railway line passing through the site - makes rail transportation efficient and helps reduce shipping waste.
Additionally, the cargo terminal at Shahid Beheshti International Airport, along with exclusive refrigerated warehouses, custom facilities and specialized spaces for commercial and service activities such as packaging, sorting, exhibition and auction halls, positions this terminal as a key hub for exporting agricultural products. The project also includes public service areas, including a gas station, bank, insurance services, post office, clinic, hotel, and meeting halls, ensuring that all needs of distributors and exporters are met.
