The Distribution Complex, occupies around 150.4 hectares in the eastern section of the site and serves as a strategic backbone of the entire development. Rather than functioning solely as a logistics hub, it aims to bring together distribution companies and strengthen the province’s transportation network. By prioritizing infrastructure for R&D, digital logistics, the integration of modern technologies, and professional training, the complex is designed to drive innovation in Iran’s distribution industry.
Given the lack of comparable models in the country, its proximity to key transport routes -including the Azadegan Highway, railway lines, and an international airport- adds significant value.
