The Gaz-Borkhar Automotive Exhibition City is strategically positioned as a pivotal hub at the intersection of the Isfahan metropolis to the south and the city of Shahin-Shahr to the west. This geographical alignment places the site in immediate adjacency to the critical Isfahan-Tehran highway corridor to the north and the Borkhar and Dastgerd industrial zones to the east, thereby dramatically enhancing its spatial connectivity and regional accessibility.
The site’s synergy with contiguous industrial and economic agglomerations catalyzes its role as a highly active hub for production and commerce. Proximity to the Gaz Industrial Zone, combined with the robust operational presence of automotive-adjacent enterprises—most notably Sepahan Automotive Industries and specialized component suppliers—facilitates seamless integration into a comprehensive value chain and fosters localized access to specialized automotive services. Furthermore, its strategic orientation along the high-capacity Isfahan-Tehran transit artery, coupled with its proximity to major logistics nodes—such as manufacturing warehouses and extensive dealership networks—establishes the complex as a paramount node for distribution, exhibition, and commercial exchange.
The master plan is conceptualized as a multi-purpose economic cluster with a logistics-driven orientation, structured for progressive development across three distinct phases. Phase I prioritizes the deployment of foundational infrastructure and public amenities, integrating religious nodes, commercial-administrative complexes, and healthcare facilities. Concurrently, a diverse spectrum of economic, commercial, and recreational land uses—encompassing state-of-the-art automotive showrooms, expansive parking facilities, open-air logistical storage, leisure zones, and a weekly bazaar—are strategically programmed. This comprehensive spatial programming not only guarantees optimal land-use efficiency but also lays a robust foundation for the region’s long-term sustainable development, cementing its role as a dynamic, multi-dimensional economic epicenter.
