Area: 335,000 sqm

Employer: Safiran Pardisan Yazd Construction Company

The Pardisan Yazd Complex, located in the south-west of Yazd city at the beginning of the Yazd–Taft Road, covers more than 34 hectares and is situated near several important local and national landmarks. Its strategic location makes it a key component in the future development of Yazd. The complex lies at the heart of significant urban areas, including Mountain Park, Velayat Park, the Industrial Town, Science Park, Yazd University and Islamic Azad University, Shahid Nasiri Stadium, and Yazd International Airport. This proximity establishes Pardisan as one of the main cultural, recreational, and economic centers of the city.

The complex is designed as part of the Yazd development plan, creating a dynamic and versatile structure by combining different building types, including commercial, tourism, service, and residential units. The blocks along the main pedestrian axis are designed to accommodate commercial units on the ground floor and residential units on the upper floors, ensuring that the flow of daily life and social interaction is maintained throughout the complex.

The variety of building types and the integration of the neighborhood with local and national landmarks have created a dynamic, active, and high-quality environment where residents and visitors can live, work, and enjoy leisure. The Pardisan Yazd Complex introduces a new perspective on sustainable urban development in the south-west of the city.

A connection between the native architecture of Yazd and a modern approach to urban spaces has been achieved throughout the design. The use of simple lines, materials adapted to the desert climate, appropriate shading, and landscaping in harmony with the natural environment give the complex a calm, refined, yet dynamic character. Pardisan Yazd is not only a commercial center but a vibrant, multi-faceted complex that brings together social interaction, economic activity, and contemporary urban living within a cohesive and inviting environment.
