Mobarezan Hotel

Total Built Area: 6,000 sqm
Location: Isfahan, Mobarezan St.
Mobarezan Hotel is located in Mobarezan Street in Isfahan and is designed as an urban hospitality project addressing the needs of short- and mid-term accommodation within the city. The project comprises ten levels, including seven floors above ground and three basement levels. Through a precise functional organization, recreational, residential and catering facilities are integrated into a coherent spatial structure.
The overall form of the building is designed based on a central axis and mass symmetry, featuring a prominent entrance, a defined arch, and controlled setbacks that create a strong presence within the urban facade. This establishes a clear boundary between the external life of the city and the internal environment of the hotel. The rhythm of openings, stone frames, all-around balconies, and the articulation of the building’s skyline defines a formal and enduring architectural identity. The combination of light-colored stone with classical detailing not only strengthens the visual character but also emphasizes the durability of the facade.
During the material selection process, the focus was placed on using high-quality and durable materials. The combination of light stone, metal railings and expansive glazed openings creates a balance between transparency and solidity, while ensuring appropriate performance in response to the climate of Isfahan. In the interior spaces, materials are selected in coordination with the facade strategy and overall design standards, emphasizing ease of maintenance and long-term operation. The aim is to create a calm, efficient and comfortable environment for guests.
The spatial organization of the project is defined through three vertical layers. In the basement levels, a range of recreational and service functions, including a swimming pool, sauna, massage rooms, gym, central kitchen, laundry facilities, housekeeping areas, and parking, are located to manage the operational load of the complex without interfering with the residential spaces. The ground floor, as the primary point of arrival for guests, includes the lobby, reception, coffeeshop and commercial units. In the middle floors, restaurant, administrative department and multifunctional hall ensure the availability of holding different events and meetings. Third to Sixth levels are specified to residential units with variety of typology, and there is a roof garden and coffeeshop on top of the building with 360 degree view of the city to fully complete the experience of staying.
Mobarezan Hotel seeks to establish the image of a contemporary urban accommodation in the mind of its audience, a building grounded in a unified design approach extending from volumetric formation and material selection to detailed articulation and the arrangement of recreational and residential spaces. Its prominent presence along the street, the clarity of its entrance, the deliberate sequencing of public and private zones, and careful attention to long-term operation and maintenance elevate the project beyond a purely functional structure, positioning it as a platform for experiencing urban hospitality in Isfahan.
