Sadaf Hotel is conceived as an urban hospitality project with an estimated total built area of 50,000 sqm, located on Atashgah Street in Isfahan. The project responds to short- and mid-term accommodation needs through a coherent, multi-level structure that also incorporates the capacity to host official events and commercial activities.
The overall form is composed of a regular accommodation block positioned at the rear of the site, combined with two elongated wings extending toward the main entrance, defining a clear spatial approach that guides movement into the building. This spatial arrangement enhances the legibility of access, reinforces the clarity of arrival, and allows controlled circulation at the ground-floor level. The front wings express a contemporary and dynamic character through strong horizontal articulation and continuous glazing, while the accommodation block conveys order and consistency through the repetitive rhythm of balconies. These projecting balconies not only add depth to the façade but also contribute to solar control and improved thermal comfort in Isfahan’s hot and dry climate.
The spatial organization follows a vertical functional zoning strategy. The basement levels are dedicated to wellness and service facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage rooms, fitness center, and parking, ensuring efficient operational management without interfering with guest areas. The ground floor accommodates the lobby, reception, café, retail units, restaurant, medical services, and prayer room, functioning as the primary public core of the building. The middle floors provide office spaces, restaurants, and conference halls to support official events and gatherings. The upper levels are dedicated to a range of accommodation units, including single rooms, double rooms, and luxury suites. A rooftop garden with a lounge area offers panoramic views of the city, completing the overall guest experience.
