The 580-hectare Complex Project is located in the northwestern area of Shahin Shahr. It is bordered by Jihadabad Road to the south, Shahin Shahr - Khomeini Shahr corridor to the west, rangeland ares to the north, and Azadegan Highway to the east. Given the scale of the project, the proper and systematic construction of the road network forms a fundamental infrastructural basis for future development.
The project is currently in the road construction phase, with the supervision team from Tarh va Tahavol Consulting Engineers overseeing this stage. The supervision activities include a detailed review of the road alignment in accordance with the approved drawings and detailed urban development plan, verification of roadway width against relevant standards (including vehicular and pedestrian routes), and qualitative assessment of the pavement structure layers, such as material control and ensuring that each layer achieves the required density and compaction.
Upon successful completion of this phase and the full establishment of the road network, the supervision team will proceed to the subsequent stages of the project, including infrastructure installation, landscaping, technical structures and other components, to ensure that the entire development is completed in accordance with the highest quality standards.
