Aftab Taban Trade-Industrial Complex is designed to serve as a central hub for the loading, distributing and wholesale of agricultural products. Its strategic location, with proximity to main roads and energy lines, significantly enhances regional agricultural activities and the overall supply chain.
Located west of Shahin Shahr, the complex offers easy access from the I.A.U Khomenishahr and Jihadabad Road. This accessibility not only simplifies product transit and facilitates access for heavy vehicles but also effectively manages incoming commercial traffic, diverting it away from the city center. The project’s primary objectives include corporate organizations, logistics process improvement through equipped loading docks and advanced infrustrtucture, and increased market clearity and competitiveness. It is projected that this complex will drive economic development and reduce unemployment by creating job oppurtunities, thus serving as a vital passageway for meeting the needs of both regional and national markets. The complex will stimulate regional dynamism through supply chain efficiencies, improve product quality via high-tech storage infrastructure such as standard refrigerated warehouses, and foster stable economic development through job creation. Furthermore, by facilitating access for wholesale buyers and demonstrating environmental responsibility through optimized waste managment and disposal systems, it plays a key role in market enhancement.
To ensure the successful realization of the project’s objectives, the supervision of buildings and roadways plays a vital role in assuring quality, security and adherence to approved standards. This supervision process is conducted by the Tarh va Tahavol Consulting Engineers team using advanced methodologis, from the initial design phase through to construction. The primary goal is to gurantee the accuracy of construction, the structural stability of buildings, the durability of roads, and the precise adherence to technical and environmental principles, thereby stablishing the complex as a standard, safe and durable facility ready for operatation by economic stakeholders.
