The 67.8-hectare site, located in southeastern Shahin Shahr adjacent to Moallem Freeway, was prepared to provide the necessary infrastructure for the Social Housing Project. This involved the clearing and leveling of the area, conducted under the technical supervision of the Tarh va Tahavol Consulting Engineers’ team.
The operation’s focus was on three key aspects: Firstly, the positioning and execution route of the leveling opertations. The work field was precisely monitored to align with approved design boundaries, preventing interference with existing or future infrastructure and establishing a stable foundation for subsequent phases. Secondly, the control of the land’s final dimensions and elevation. These precise observations ensured suitablility for drainage systems and landscaping, thereby preventing additional expenses in later stages. Thirdly, the quality of leveling and earthwork operations. By evaluating technical specifications and relevant standards, the quality of soil density, material purity and layer compaction was verified to create a stable and standard foundation, guranteeing structure’s safety and useful life.
The operation was completed under precise technical supervision, adhering to the highest quality standards. These infrustrucrual measures have established the necessery foundation for the commencement of the Social Housing residential units construction phase.
