The 147-hectare Site, located in southwest Shahin Shahr and proximate to Moallem Freeway, was defined to develop urban infrastructures and advance the goals of Social Housing Project. The project has now successfully completed all stages and has been officialy handed over to facilitate further developmemts.
The Tarh va Tahavol Consulting Engineers supervision team maintained continuous oversight of the design procces and construction, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and technical principles, with a primary focus on road construction and related layers. Key componants of the project’s evaluation included: detailed control of roadway alignment and geometry, verification of cross‑section widths and longitudinal and transverse slopes in accordance with the execution program, and the implementation of sub-base and surface layers with material quality control and laboratory results. These evaluation guaranteed the technical quality of the road construction.
Following the completation of the road construction and supervision process, the area is now ready for the executive phase of the Social Housing Project to commence.
