The site development project of Isfahan Science and Technology Town was designed across a 5-hectare area to optimize and upgrade existing infrastructure, as well as to develop new functional spaces. The primary scope of this project involved revising the existing access routes and constructing and equipping a new parking area, along with other crucial facilities.
In this phase, the supervision team from Tarh va Tahavol Consulting Engineers focused on ensuring construction alignment with approved drawings, controlling material quality, and adhering to relevant technical standards. Throughout this phase, actions were taken to ensure durability, including: precise supervision of roadway quality, encompassing the material quality of consistent layers and the technical specifications of pathways; control over parking space dimensions, accessways, circulation areas, and correct placement. Safety and accessibility considerations addressed traffic sign placement, adequate illumination and secure pedestrian routes. Another key aspect of supervision involved material quality control and ensuring construction conformity with approved drawings and technical specifications. Furthermore, the proper implementation of grading for surface water drainage and the effectiveness of the drainage system across the site and parking area were also closely monitored.
Currently, the project is nearing the completion of roadway corrections and parking construction. Supervision results indicate alignment with the approved drawings.
