The Isfahan Gold, Silver and Jewelry Industrial Town is located proximate to Qahjaverestan City, designed to establish a professional foundation for the design, manufacturing, exhibition and service provision related to gold, silver, jewelry and precious stones. Its proximity to the regional transportation system, particularly Shahid Beheshti Airport and railways, solidifies its key role as a future provincial specialized industrial hub.
Physically, the town’s development is constrained by natural and artificial obstacles, clarifying the development boundaries. The north is limited by natural elevations and the area of Qahjaverestan City, precluding expansion. To the south, the existing industries within Jey Industrial Town act as an obstacle to expansion. In the east, the Jey Industrial Town Highway and scattered villages define the framework for development. Its location among principal arterial roads such as the Isfahan Eastern Bypass Freeway, Jey Highway, Naein Road, Shahid Ardestani Way, provides suitable access.
The town’s main structure is organized around primary and complementary zones. Primary zones include: workshops for design, manufacturing and repair, along with specialized services related to gold, jewelry, and gemstones, plus an exhibition area for permanent and temporary events. Complementary zones comprise residential areas for employees, administrative, healthcare and educational functions, infrastructure facilities, and a refinery/wastewater treatment facility. Green spaces, internal roadways, and commercial units are also planned for the daily support of residents and workers.
The zonal organization is designed to ensure a logical connection between professional activities and support service activities. Small and large industrial units, a central trade center, multi-functional halls including: management offices and temporary residential units, commercial-service spaces, alongside parking areas and facilities, create an efficient and balanced structure for the town’s daily operations. Primary and secondary access routes are defined to connect with existing arterial roads while simultaneously organizing internal traffic flow.
The Isfahan Gold, Silver and Jewelry Industrial Town, with its strategic location, precise zoning, and a design accommodated to the specific needs of this industry, creates a cohesive platform for creation, education, exhibition and service provision. This industrial town, with its integrated structure, appropriate access, and functional diversity, has the potential to become a national hub for the gold and jewelry industries, thereby enhancing the region’s economic standing.
