The Samadiyeh Commercial–Residential Complex, located on Khorram Street, has been designed with a total built area of approximately 59,000 square meters. The project is conceived as a multifunctional urban center aimed at simultaneously responding to residential, commercial, and recreational needs. The overall structure of the building includes basement levels, a ground floor, and upper floors, within which commercial–office spaces and hotel accommodation units are organized in a coherent spatial arrangement. Separate entrances for the commercial and hotel sections are provided to facilitate access while reinforcing the independent identity of each function.
The spatial organization of the complex is structured vertically. The basement levels are dedicated to a full range of service and recreational facilities, including an aquatic complex, swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, central kitchen, and parking areas. The ground floor through the third floor host commercial and office units, cafés, and restaurants, creating an active setting for commercial and social interaction. From the third to the eighth floor, fully equipped hotel accommodation units are arranged to provide comfortable lodging for guests.
The inclusion of facilities such as a conference hall, a cinema complex, and an indoor amusement center transforms the complex into a destination for leisure and public events. This integration of residential, commercial, recreational, and service spaces enables the project to respond to the needs of a wide range of users.
Continuing this comprehensive approach, the Samadiyeh Complex aims to present a contemporary vision of urban services in Isfahan—where functional spatial organization, attention to architectural detail, and the integration of diverse programs contribute to the creation of an efficient and dynamic urban environment.
