Area: 20,000 sqm

The Marq Tourism Complex is envisioned as a comprehensive project aimed at creating a multifunctional destination nestled in the heart of nature. With a focus on diverse applications ranging from cultural and recreational spaces to accommodation and services, this initiative paints a picture of delivering a complete and memorable experience for visitors. The accommodation sector of the complex, with a projected 5400 square meters spread across 3 floors, is designed to host 120 guests. The project’s hybrid approach is geared towards retaining tourists on-site, complementing the sports and recreational areas with a suitable variety of services.
The dynamic core of this complex is shaped around high-capacity multipurpose halls and sports and recreational areas, intended to host a variety of events. Alongside these vibrant activities, the accommodation section is thoughtfully designed to allow for extended stays and greater relaxation for tourists in this nature-centric environment. A portion of the complex’s organization is dedicated to support and service areas, ensuring the operational quality of the facility. These include management offices, welfare spaces such as a handicraft exhibition, a prayer room, and staff rest areas, which, along with technical facilities and storage, form the necessary infrastructure for optimal and sustainable operation of the complex.
Technical and infrastructural considerations serve as the hidden yet vital pillars of the project, meticulously addressed in sections dedicated to waste management stations, restrooms, and mechanical facilities. While these infrastructures are embedded within the design’s underlying layers, they play a decisive role in maintaining sanitary standards, safety, and the long-term upkeep of the complex.
Ultimately, the Marq Tourism Complex exemplifies intelligent planning and balanced distribution of functionalities. By harmoniously integrating active spaces, service infrastructures, and green areas, this project showcases significant potential to evolve into a dynamic and prominent tourism hub in the region.
